I hit the ground running with the commencement of my property management career, when my husband David & I bought a local real estate business in Mittagong in 2006.
I learnt a lot very quickly! And I am proud to say the property management side of our agency is going strong and is highly regarded.
Prior to this career, I was in customer service management roles for American Express, and Pinpoint Marketing, working with clients such as Qantas, Visa, Air New Zealand and many others on their customer retention programmes and call centre needs.
I maintain a strong relationship with my landlords, tenants and tradespeople. I personally do all the quarterly inspections, ingoing property condition reports and outgoing inspections.
I am hands-on, customer focused and well organised.
Outside of running this business, I love being creative with sewing, cooking and art as passions, along with looking after my family and of course it would always be nice to travel more!
